Yes. Florida's Don't Say Gay law functions by implication and intimidation to do what the proposed Missouri law actually puts in black and white. Dog whistles are no longer needed in some parts of this fractured nation. We have definitely entered the Jim Crow era for queer and trans folk. (and, with the present SCOTUS line up, it's not beyond imagination that these kinds of draconian laws might actually be either upheld or just sent back to lower courts)
