Why wouldn't they consider their penis powerful? Humans have worshiped the phallus from time immemorial. But, honestly, I think insecure men grab their package to defend themselves against an anticipated kick or punch in the groin. (Or, on second thought, maybe they're actually more worried about getting their little peckers pinched by a queer man like me.)
