While I disdain what used to be called political correctness, (these days “wokeness”) I find this piece not only tone deaf but unclever and unfunny. This writer, who has published some genuinely funny stuff in the past, might benefit from the awareness that much of the world has evolved beyond outdated notions of gender stereotypes. This might have inspired chuckles in past decades. Not today, however. Just sayin’.
