What we've come to think of as "sin" is actually a human construct, based on an inaccurate translation of the original text. The word itself, in the context of the time the scriptures were written, meant "to miss the mark." So, we have chosen to define ourselves and each other not by how we reflect God, but more according to our mistakes and/or bad judgments (the thoughts and actions that actually make us mortal humans).
That being said, there are two other assumptions in this question that are also human inventions... that God has a gender or "preferred pronouns" and that "he" has human emotions (in this case anger) which govern "his" humanlike response to our imperfections and failures. Those assumptions make this question mute from the get go.
