The point is... she has to pay the price. First, spending time in jail, then paying the offended couple, and finally, having to pay court and attorney's fees to the tune of $360K. While it's ridiculous that this happened in the first place, I think Davis having to pay the piper should be celebrated. And, hopefully, it will be a deterrent to others who seek to impose their religiosity on our rights.
