The irony is obvious... Folks like me use fingertip access to information to find out about things we don't know. Others use the same technology to find more reasons to support what they're already already inclined to believe.

And, since the Interweb doesn't ask for credentials, there is a whole lotta unqualified, unverified bullshit out there (disguised, of course, as "information"). So, whatever whackadoodle ideas a person may want to believe, Google will obediently search out some self-appointed authority who promotes those same bogus theories.

And, then the algorhythms take over to dump even more tasty junk into the cookie jar. After all, ya can't eat just one! What a tangled web we've weaved!
