Something abnormal. Something perverse.

This attitude comes from the same place as the "flesh-colored" crayon. White fragility and straight fragility show up when non-whites and/or queer folks dare to display normal behaviors that straight, white folks consider normal and take for granted. Their judgment and unease only reveals their ignorance and a total lack of empathy and perspective.
