You are correct to point out that this kind of post-mortem blame game is all too common, a kind of circular firing squad as it were. That dogmatic trans activists are so willing to eat one of their own (Sarah McBride) is discouraging to say the least. I can’t help but suspect that these kinds of “our way or the highway” attitudes are at least partially responsible for the success of fear-mongering anti-trans ads in winning over voters.
