I worry enough about a future for my children and grandchildren, with simply making ends meet becoming unaffordable, democracy under threat, hatred in the rise, climate change, etc. And, they’re all middle class and heteronormal.

As painful as it must be to consider your options, choosing not to put kids through even more stress shows huge heart. Then again, children only know the “normal” they’re born into. Life ain’t easy for most of us. And, whatever doesn’t kill us… well, you know the rest. Peace.
