I can’t figure out if this piece is supposed to be parody. If so, it’s not even remotely funny.

To advise anyone to lie about their sexual orientation or gender identity is simply mean.

You claim to be a liberal? Really? Yes, certainly, support businesses owned by women, people of color and LGBTQ folks.

We need to support marginalized people. But you can’t support queer and trans folks by advising them to slink back into the closet. That’s exactly what MAGA is all about… returning to a time when women stayed home to cook and change diapers, people of color “knew their place” and queer and trans folk stayed out of sight.
