Humbug! While I share your pessimism, I have to believe that there will be a livable future for my grandkids. Meanwhile, ol’ curmudgeons like you and me might as well take a long walk off a short pier. Lobster’s cheaper that way and there’d be plenty of mob bones to commune with at the bottom.
