For someone so concerned about general misconceptions white folks have about Blacks, this author is certainly making some sweeping generalizations about white people.

Certainly, there are millions of white folks who could use a basic primer, like this one, to alert them to their "annoying" biases.

That being said, I wish this author would at least pay passing acknowledgement to the fact that there are a whole lot of white people engaged in sincere efforts to study and understand racism, to nip micro-aggressions before they manifest, and, most importantly of all, to acknowledge and appreciate our privilege.
